Refund & Returns Policy

Because Inkling books are personalized and made to order, our policy follows the standard for custom print-on-demand, with a few buyer-friendly additions.
Digital eBooks
Digital books are non-refundable once generated/viewed, since they're delivered instantly. If something went wrong technically, contact us and we'll make it right.
Printed books (booklet & hardcover)
- Before it prints: you can cancel a print order for a full refund any time before it's sent to our print partner. Email us right away.
- Defects or print errors: if your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll reprint or refund it free — just email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- Personalized = non-returnable otherwise: because each book is custom-made for you, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind or for personalization choices you entered.
Credits
Unused credits can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if you change your mind; credits already spent on generation or an order are non-refundable.
